Board Meetings

The MTCC 1291 board of directors meet once per month to discuss and transact official business of the corporation. The board of directors also conducts the annual general meeting as well as any special meetings that may be called from time to time.

Generally, in attendance at board meetings is the board of directors along with the property manager. They are typically held on the first Thursday of each month.

The date of the annual meeting is usually in late summer or early fall.
