Our condominium corporation at Kensington Market Lofts is known as Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation (M.T.C.C.) # 1291. MTCC 1291 is a legal entity created by registering a Description and Declaration with the Land Registry Office.

MTCC 1291 is managed by a volunteer board of directors that is elected by the unit owners. As elected representatives of the owners, the Board has the responsibility to create the rules within the community, oversee the condominium’s business affairs, and work to enhance and maintain the condominium on behalf of all residents.
