New Look

The Lofts website has been given a new look and with different technology and is in a blog format. This will make it easier for the Board of Directors to update information on the website in a faster and more timely manner.

Some of the information from the previous site has been omitted. That will be added back in the near future.

Security Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving security for our buildings, a number of measures have been implemented – including the locks on the garage access doors – and we need yoru input to ascertain their effectiveness. So, please, if you have been the victim of a break-in and have suffered vandalistim and/or theft, take a moment to advise us of when and where the incident ocurred by sending us a note at the email below. Your co-operation is appreciated.

Thanks to the diigence on the part of Loft residents, our door signs that inform outsider that they are not allowed to ‘tailgate’ in behind residents seems to be working. But we continue to be concerned about the relative ease of access to the second floor suites at Baldwin, due to their closeness to the front door. If anyone has suggestions as to how to improve this situation, please contact us.
